Information technology services firm Coforge Ltd announced on Tuesday that it has entered into a multi-year partnership with Carnival UK, which is the parent company of P&O Cruises and Cunard.
In a filing to the stock exchanges, the company said that the multi-year partnership with Carnival UK will be focusing on the Coforge enhancing Quality Engineering (QE) and Testing capabilities of P&O Cruises and Cunard’s two cruise lines across all the operational domains in order to ensure seamless holidays and exceptional guest experiences.
The company added that the strategic alliance between the two parties extends past just QE and Testing, thereby elevating their operational capabilities. Coforge will be responsible for analysing as well as optimising every critical system of the cruise lines, thus facilitating a seamless journey through digital transformation.
Automation, data driven insights, and meticulous testing procedures from Coforge will significantly boost operational efficiency, enhancing performance from shore to sea, stated the company’s press release dated March 5, 2024.
P&O Cruises and Cunard aims at providing exceptional guest experiences and surpass expectations at every touchpoint by prioritising comprehensive testing.

Its expertise in Quality Engineering and Testing Automation will be instrumental in ensuring high quality IT processes and solutions, improving employee experience and guest satisfaction,” said the chief information officer of Carnival UK, Matt Denny.
Shares of Coforge Ltd were trading 1.95% lower at ₹6,316.6 apiece on BSE at 3:08 PM.
