Adani Green Energy on Tuesday, March 5 said two of its wholly-owned stepdown subsidiaries have operationalised an incremental 448.95 MW solar power projects at Khavda, Gujarat.
The two wholly-owned stepdown subsidiaries are Adani Green Energy Twenty Four A Ltd and Adani Green Energy Twenty Four B Ltd.
With Tuesday's report, and the company's intimation to the stock exchanges on February 14, 2024, an aggregate of 1,000 MW of solar power projects are operationalised at Khavda, the company said in a stock exchange filing. On February 14, the company had said the same two wholly-owned stepdown subsidiaries had operationalised an aggregate 551 MW solar power projects at Khavda.
"With operationalisation of these plants, Adani Green's total operational renewable genreation capacity has increased to 9,478 MW, in its journey of 45 GW capacity by 2030," the company said on Tuesday, March 5.
Based on the relevant clearances, the operationalisation of the plants and sale of generated power commenced from March 5 as well.
Adani Green shares were trading 0.75% higher at 1,955.25 apiece at 12.25 pm on March 5. The stock has gained 17.08% in the past month, 103.15% in the last six months and 231.36% in the past year.
