Supreme Court upholds Jhunjhunwala, Dharamshi consortium's Ricoh takeover bid
Earlier, the NCLAT had set aside the approval given by NCLT after Kotak Investment Advisors said that the consortium's bid was accepted after the expiry of the deadline.
The Supreme Court (SC) has upheld a joint bid by Kalpraj Dharamshi and Rekha Jhunjhunwala for Ricoh India.
The SC has overturned an NCLT order upholding objections red-flagged by Kotak Investment Advisors.
Earlier, the NCLAT had set aside the approval given by NCLT after Kotak Investment Advisors said that the consortium's bid was accepted after the expiry of the deadline.
