Sebi chairman Ajay Tyagi speaks to CNBC-TV18 on the sidelines of FICCI's Annual Capital Market Conference.
Speaking about standstill agreement of mutual funds, Tyagi said, “Everyone has to follow the regulations which are there all entities, so this term is not there in any of the regulations of SEBI. So we have already made our position clear. Entities have to follow what the regulations say. We have our regulations very clear. There is no confusion in that.”
Talking about tribunal SAT, he said, “We are examining that, our legal term is examining that. He said will take a call on whether to challenge SAT order or not post examination.”
