Bombay High Court refers NSE vs SGX case to arbitration proceedings
The Bombay High Court on Tuesday referred the National Stock Exchange (NSE) versus the Singapore Exchange (SGX) case to arbitration proceedings.
The High Court has appointed Justice S J Vazifdar to be the sole arbitrator on the case, and will carry out the proceedings between June 12 to June 16.
The Bombay High Court has barred the Singapore bourse from launching India Futures and Options (F&O) on its exchange till the matter is disposed of by the arbitrator.
