We are looking at aggressive growth in the coming months, said Kamal Singal, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Arvind SmartSpaces, after the company allotted 30 lakh equity shares on conversion of equivalent number of warrants.
Speaking exclusively to CNBC-TV18, he said this is the second round of preferential equity that we have issued in the last couple of years.
“This has resulted into promoters’ holding going up to 60.42% from the current 56% odd level. So that is the equity increase,” he said.
According to him, it’s an extremely positive sign in terms of having more capital available, long-term funds available for expansion and growth of the business.
