Security scare at Salman Khan's farmhouse, two arrested for trespassing
Two men were arrested as they tried to enter Bollywood superstar Salman Khan's farmhouse in Panvel in Maharashtra's Raigad district. The incident took place on Thursday (January 4), NDTV reported.

The two accused have been identified as Ajesh Kumar Omprakash Gill and Gurusevak Singh Tejsing and belong to Fazilka district in Punjab. They had come to Mumbai to see film stars. They are currently in police custody and charged with trespassing.
Ajesh and Gurusevak were caught after they tried to enter Salman's farmhouse by climbing a tree adjacent to the boundary fence.
“A case has been registered at Panvel Rural Police Station against two people for trying to enter Salman Khan's Arpita Farm House in Waze, New Panvel. Further investigation is being done," the report quoted Inspector Anil Patil as saying.
Shashikant, the manager of the farmhouse, said a security guard alerted him after nabbing the two accused. During the investigation, they introduced themselves as 'Maheshkumar Ramniwas' and 'Vinod Kumar Radheshyam' from Uttar Pradesh's Balia district, The Times of India reported.
However, the police later recovered the fake photographs in their Aadhaar Cards. They told security guards that they wanted to meet the Dabangg star and were his fans.
An officer from the New Panvel police station stated that the trespassers tried to enter the farmhouse after they learned the Tiger 3 actor was there, Hindustan Times reported. He said, “Prima facie, it seems that they tried entering the farmhouse after they heard that Salman Khan was inside. They claim that they wanted to meet him. We have arrested them for trespassing and forgery.”
In recent times, Salman has faced a lot of threats from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang after which he was provided Y+ security cover, which includes the deployment of six personal security officers (PSOs), who work in three shifts round the clock, while another five armed guards are stationed at his residence.
Back in 2022, Salman also got a gun licence for self-protection and currently travels in a bulletproof car.
The actor received a threat mail from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang in March last year.
Currently, in jail, Bishnoi is the alleged mastermind behind Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala's murder in May 2022.
On the work front, Salman Khan was last seen onscreen in the action film Tiger 3 along with Katrina Kaif.
