The Director General of Central Reserve Police Force Anish Dayal will lead the team formed to investigate the security breach in Parliament on Wednesday, December 13. Reasearch and Wing Analysis (RAW) will also probe the incident.

The Delhi Police has formed a team of 200 officers which includes over 20 police officers, five deputy commissioner of police and seven assistant commissioner of police.
Here's what we know so far
- Lok Sabha secretariat suspends eight personnel for security lapses. Those suspended have been identified as Rampal, Arvind, Vir Das, Ganesh, Anil, Pradeep, Vimitt and Narendra.
- The Delhi Police has registered a case under the stringent Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and relevant sections of IPC.
- Two persons -- Sagar Sharma and Manoranjan D -- jumped into the Lok Sabha chamber from the public gallery during Zero Hour, released yellow gas from canisters and shouted slogans before being overpowered by some MPs.
- Two other accused -- Amol Shinde and Neelam Devi -- sprayed coloured gas from canisters while shouting "tanashahi nahi chalegi" outside Parliament premises.
- Delhi Police Special Cell will investigate various angles including the educational background of the four accused, their involvement in past activities including any protests or rallies and did they visit Parliament before yesterday's incident. The probe will also focus on investigating their social media activities and history, ANI reported.
- Police said the four were part of a group of six people who planned the incident. Five of them have been arrested and one of the accused is still at large.
- Security is heightened in Parliament after December 13 security breach incident. Only MPs are being allowed to enter the Parliament building from Makar Dwar. All other persons entering the building are being checked thoroughly and they are being made to remove their shoes.
