The Enforcement Directorate (ED) executed a search operation at the DLF headquarters situated in Gurgaon on November 24, sources informed CNBC-TV18. Sources indicate that the search was conducted in relation to certain third-party transactions.
It has been clarified that the search was not related to DLF's financial accounts. However, ED officials were keen on cross-verifying specific documents concerning land purchases made by DLF from Super Tech and the involvement of Gopal Kanda, a key political figure in Haryana.
During the search, DLF extended complete cooperation to the ED officials, providing the requested documents for scrutiny.
