The Delhi High Court on Friday, March 15, ordered former Managing Director of BharatPe Ashneer Grover to take down his defamatory tweets against the company and the tweet calling all SBI Chairmen "petty".
"You cannot destroy the reputation of a whole company (BharatPe) like and call all SBI chairmen petty people," the court said.
The court also ordered a media organisation to take down the article published by it based on two letters written by Grover to the Reserve Bank of India.
