In a jab at the INDIA bloc, Tajinder Bagga, national secretary of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, shared an advertisement depicting senior leaders vying for the Prime Minister's post. The ad indirectly refers to INDIA bloc members such as Rahul Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi, Arvind Kejriwal, Mamata Banerjee, Lalu Prasad, Uddhav Thackeray, Akhilesh Yadav, and others.
The advertisement portrays a scenario akin to an arranged marriage setup, where the groom's side (representing the INDIA bloc) struggles to agree on who would get to be the groom, resulting in a brawl. It subtly questions whether the Opposition alliance can unify behind a single prime ministerial face, amid the ongoing Lok Sabha election campaign.
As campaigning intensifies, the INDIA bloc has yet to formally announce its prime ministerial candidate to challenge Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Reports suggest internal discord within the alliance, with some backing Congress party President Mallikarjun Kharge for the PM role while others oppose the idea.
The advertisement sparked reactions on social media, with several users expressing concerns about a potential leadership crisis in the INDIA bloc and others calling the ad a cheap tactics by the ruling government.
This is how the social media reacted to the advertisement:
Vikram Singh, an event manager, expressed concerns about a potential leadership crisis if the INDIA bloc assumes power.

Thanks for the advertisement, this tells Modi couldn't fulfill even the promises on his own manifesto.
