Sun Pharma confirms it received two queries from Sebi
Sun Pharmaceuticals has confirmed that the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) has sent two queries to the company to which the firm has already responded.
The development comes after a whistleblower complaint against the company over corporate governance issues.
Sun Pharma had come under a cloud over allegations of related-party transactions with Aditya Medisales.
A Mint report, citing sources, on Wednesday said that market regulator was investigating the company for allegedly failing to make accurate disclosures, financial irregularities and governance lapses.
