Grammy Awards 2024: Where and when to watch the celebration of the best in music
The 66th Grammy Awards, which will see the top names of the world of music congregate and celebrate the best artists and music professionals,  are just around the corner. The star-studded event is set to take place on Sunday, February 4, at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.

The host for the fourth consecutive year is the Grammy-nominated comedian Trevor Noah, who is also a nominee for Best Comedy Album this year. Noah recently secured an Emmy for the final season of "The Daily Show," winning the Outstanding Talk Series award on January 15.
The Nominations Race
Leading the nominations this year is American singer-songwriter-rapper  Solána Imani Rowe,  professionally known as SZA, with an impressive nine nominations. Her song "Kill Bill," blending a revenge anthem with an R&B ballad, earned nominations for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best R&B Performance. SZA's album "SOS" is also in contention for Album of the Year and Best Progressive R&B Album. Other top nominees include Serban Ghenea, Victoria Monét and Phoebe Bridgers with seven nominations each.
Another key song that will have the attention of all Indians is "Abundance of Millets" by Indian-American Grammy-winning singer Falguni Shah, widely recognised as Falu, and her husband Gaurav Shah. The song which features Prime Minister Narendra Modi, promotes the health benefits of millet and has been nominated in the Best Global Music Performance category.
What Else To Expect
This edition of the ceremony brings together a promising mix of established and emerging artists, taking the celebration of musical excellence up by notches. Legendary musician and five-time Grammy winner Billy Joel is set to perform,  along with other performers like Billie Eilish, Olivia Rodrigo, Dua Lipa, Burna Boy, Luke Combs, and Travis Scott.   
Notably, the Recording Academy introduced three new categories Best Pop Dance Recording, Best African Music Performance, and Best Alternative Jazz Album. The addition of the Best African Music Performance category aims to spotlight various regional musical traditions, including Afrobeat, Afro-fusion, Afro-Pop, Afro-House, South African Hip-Hop, and Ethio Jazz.
When and Where To Watch 
The main show will be aired live on CBS and Paramount+, starting at 8 PM  Eastern Time  ( 6:30 AM IST on Feb 5).  Music enthusiasts will also be able to watch it on live.GRAMMY.com and the YouTube channel of the Recording Academy (4:30 am on Feb 5 onwards).
