The overall occupancy of ‘Dunki’ was 20.74% on Friday having Bengaluru, Chennai and Mumbai with the highest rate.

Shah Rukh Khan starrer Dunki has made ₹7.25 crore, as per a report by Sacnilk. The total collection of the Rajkumar Hirani film not stands at ₹167.47 crore at the domestic box office.

The overall occupancy of the film was 20.74% on Friday, December 29. Cities like Bengaluru, Chennai, and Mumbai had the highest number of occupancy on the 9th day of Dunki, Sacnilk reported.
Red Chillies Entertainment, who has co-produced the film alongside Rajkumar Hirani Films and Jio Studios, has shared the worldwide box office figures on Instagram. Along with a picture of Shah Rukh Khan's character in Dunki on X (formerly Twitter), the production house happily announced that the film has collected ₹323.77 crore.
Shah Rukh Khan and Taapsee Pannu starrer Dunki has been competing with Prabhas’ Salaar: Part 1- Ceasefire at the box office. As per Sacnilk, Prabhas’ film earned around ₹10.23 crore on its eighth day on Friday, December 29.
Besides Shah Rukh Khan and Taapsee Pannu, Dunki features an ensemble cast of Boman Irani, Vikram Kochhar, Anil Grover, and Vicky Kaushal. Dunki has been co-written by Rajkumar Hirani, Abhijaat Joshi, and Kanika Dhillon.
Dunki marks the third release of Shah Rukh Khan in 2023.
Whereas, Prabhas’ Salaar: Part 1- Ceasefire stars Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, and Sriya Reddy. The film was released on December 22. Next, Prabhas has Kalki AD289 with Nag Ashwin in the kitty. Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan are part of the film.
