Dunki box office collection day 4: Shah Rukh Khan's Film Crosses ₹ 100 Crore Mark

In a recent discussion, Shah Rukh Khan emphasized embracing "age-centric roles" and being "age-honest" in Dunki. He shared his perspective, stating, "I am 58 now, and I feel that I should take age-centric roles. If I get an opportunity in a film, of course, 100%." Describing his character in Dunki as more realistic and close to his age, he added, "I would say I have been age-honest for the first time in Dunki. It's very real in Dunki."

Sunday witnessed a significant surge in occupancy, marking the film's biggest day both in India and internationally. With Monday being a holiday for Christmas, the film is anticipated to perform well at the box office.

Dunki is Shah Rukh Khan's third release of the year, following the blockbuster hits Jawan and Pathaan. Although Jawan and Pathaan had higher opening numbers, Dunki has joined the league of Rajkumar Hirani films, such as PK, 3 Idiots, and Sanju, by crossing the ₹100 crore mark at the Indian box office. The film is the 10th Shah Rukh Khan starrer to achieve this milestone. Featuring Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, Boman Irani, Anil Grover, and others in significant roles, Dunki signifies the first collaboration between Hirani and Shah Rukh Khan.
