Deepika Padukone is celebrating her 38th birthday today, January 5. She is a woman of many talents. She is an actress, entrepreneur, and fitness enthusiast. Deepika made her blockbuster debut with Om Shanti Om. The film was headlined by Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan. And since then, there has been no looking back. She went on to star in several popular films like Bachna Ae Haseeno, Love Aaj Kal, Housefull, Aarakshan, Desi Boyz, Cocktail, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, Chennai Express, Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela, Piku, Bajirao Mastani and Padmaavat.

She reportedly charges ₹12-15 crore per film.
As per Forbes India, her primary source of income is through endorsements. She has been the brand ambassador for Tanishq, Asian Paints, and Axis Bank. She is also associated with luxury designer labels — Louis Vuitton and Cartier.
Also, Deepika co-owns the skincare brand '82°E', and a production house, named 'Ka Productions'.

Deepika bought a luxury house in Prabhadevi worth ₹16 crore in 2013, according to a Lifestyle Asia report.
The Bajirao Mastani actor and her husband also have a home in Bandra worth ₹119 crore — an 11,266 sq ft quadruplex situated next to Shah Rukh’s home, Mannat.
As per the report, the couple resides at their 5-BHK apartment in Worli, which cost them ₹40 crore. They have also purchased a bungalow in Alibag for ₹22 crore.
Deepika Padukone - Upcoming films
After having a successful 2023, Deepika is all set to star in three mega-budgeted movies this year.
She is currently gearing up for the release of Siddharth Anand's Fighter, which also stars Hrithik Roshan and Anil Kapoor. The film is slated for a release on January 25.
Post this, Deepika will be seen alongside Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, and Kamal Haasan in Kalki 2898 AD, which is being touted as the most expensive film ever made in Indian cinema.
She will also feature in Rohit Shetty's Singham Again. The third installment in the franchise will have an ensemble cast including Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranveer Singh, Jackie Shroff, Tiger Shroff, and Arjun Kapoor.
