The upper age limit for all the posts is 30 years as of December 31, 2023. However, the upper age limit relaxations are applicable for candidates belonging to the reserved categories.

As per the official notification, candidates belonging to the General, Economically Weaker Section (EWS), and Other Backward Class (OBC) categories will have to pay the application fee of ₹300 at the time of the online registration.

However, female candidates and those belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), XSM category,  and Land Outsee, are exempted from paying the application fee.

Step 1: Open the official website of NTPC Mining Limited at careers.ntpc.co.in.

Step 2: Look for the recruitment link on the homepage and click on it.

Step 3: Select the link that reads, 'NTPC Mining Limited- Recruitment of experienced persons in coal mining. Applications start date 12.12.2023'

Step 4: Fill in all the details required in the online application form and pay the fees.

Step 5: Carefully upload the required documents in the mentioned size and format.

Step 6: Click on the submit button and save a copy of the application form for future reference.

As per the official notification, the eligible candidates will have to undergo a written test followed by a skill/ competency test as part of the selection process.

The eligible candidates will be selected based on the merit in the written test, subject to the condition that the candidate qualifies in the skill/competency test.

Both the tests will be conducted at test centers in Ranchi, Jharkhand, while the address of the venue shall be communicated through the admit card.
