The State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell is beginning the Maharashtra NEET PG round 3 counselling from today, September 26. Candidates can apply for the Maharashtra NEET PG round 3 counselling by filling out the application form online on the official website at cetcell.net.in/NEET-PGM-2023/login.

Meanwhile, the decision to modify the schedule was taken after the delay in the NEET PG round 3 results by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). The Union Health Ministry approved reducing the NEET PG cut-off score to zero percentile for all the categories. In response to the same, the state counselling committee released the NEET PG and NEET MDS cut-off scores for 2023. Keeping in view of the time constraints for holding the process of counselling, the Common Entrance Test Cell has requested all institutes and colleges to conduct the process on Saturdays and Sundays.
As per the revised official notification, the last date for applying for the Maharashtra NEET PG round 3 counselling is October 2, 2023. To register for the Maharashtra NEET PG round 3 counselling, the candidate will have to pay a registration fee of Rs 3,000.
Maharashtra NEET PG round 3 counselling 2023: Important details
Following the revised schedule, the State CET Cell announced important guidelines for the candidates who are participating in the counselling process.
  • Candidates will need to complete the choice-filling process as the preference mentioned in rounds 1 and 2 will be now considered “null and void”. Choice filling will start on October 4.
  • Candidates who have joined in All India Quota (AIQ) round 3 counselling will not be eligible for the state round 3 counselling.
  • Data of Joined candidates of Round 3 counselling, will be shared with MCC for further process.
  • The status retention form filled once will not be available to be withdrawn.
  • Maharashtra NEET PG counselling fee payment via cheque will also be allowed on Sundays and bank holidays. However, the cheque needs to be replaced with DD immediately on the next working day of the payment.

    • Visit to the official website at cetcell.net.in/NEET-PGM-2023/login.
    • Register yourself on the homepage and log in to the account.
    • Read the given instructions carefully.
    • Fill in the application form with all required details.
    • Pay the application fees and click on “Submit”.
    • Download it and keep a copy of the same for future reference.
