IRCON International Limited is hiring qualified and experienced candidates for various positions. As per the official notification, the company has invited candidates for the posts of Works Engineer/Electrical (1 vacancy), Site Supervisor/Electrical (1 vacancy) and Works Engineer/Civil (2 vacancies). There are a total of four seats available for the mentioned positions.
IRCON stated that the upper age limit for the respective positions will be 30 years, while the place of posting will be in West Bengal. The relaxations will be given as per the Indian government's guidelines subject to the fulfilment of the requisite qualifications and experience.
Essential qualifications
For the post of Works Engineer/Electrical, a full-time graduate degree in Electrical Engineering is required with not less than 60% marks from a recognised university.
Institute approved by AICTE/UGC. A minimum of one year of experience in the relevant field is required. For this post, a monthly salary of ₹36,000 per month will be given.
For the post of Site Supervisor/Electrical, a full-time diploma in Electrical Engineering with not less than 60% marks is required, along with an experience of one year in the relevant field. A fixed consolidated pay of ₹25,000 per month will be given for this post.
To apply for the Works Engineer/Civil post, a candidate must have a full-time graduate degree in Civil Engineering with not less than 60% marks from a recognised university/institute. Besides this, one year experience in civil construction works is also required. The salary for this post is ₹36,000 per month.

The appointment shall be initially for one year subject to the satisfactory performance of the selected candidates, according to the notification.
It may be further extended based on the requirements of the company.

The selection of candidates for all four posts will be based on a walk-in interview. Eligible candidates are required to register themselves and carry their documents during the interview.
