The Consortium of National Law Universities, on Sunday, announced the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2024 results. Now, a grievance redressal committee has been constituted by the consortium that will receive and respond to any grievances of the candidates regarding the exam.
The results of the entrance test were declared on the official website -- consortiumofnlus.ac.in.
The grievance redressal window was opened at noon on Monday on the exam portal.
“Candidates may file a grievance regarding the CLAT 2024 Final Answer Keys as well as the conduct of CLAT 2024 at their respective Test Centres,” read an official notification.
It added, “Grievances against the Final Answer Key may be raised ONLY by candidates who have submitted objections as per the Consortium’s 'Notification: Objections to Question Paper and Provisional Answer Key' dated December 04, 2023. Grievances received over email, support tickets on the website or phone calls will not be considered.”
Here are the steps to file grievances on CLAT 2024:
Step 1: Open the exam website and log in to your CLAT account.
Step 2: Click the ‘Submit Grievance’ button.
Step 3: State the nature of your grievance.
Step 4: Describe your grievance (maximum 1,000 characters allowed).
Step 5: Upload supporting documents.
Step 6: Submit the declaration form.
Step 7: Click the submit button.
Meanwhile, the registration process for the CLAT counselling started on Monday and will end on December 20.
According to reports, the Common Law Admission Test this year witnessed an overall attendance percentage of 96.45%, including 57% female candidates and 43% male candidates, while six candidates were transgender. The CLAT 2024 exam was held on December 3 in offline mode across 139 exam centres in India.
In CLAT 2024, a candidate from Rajasthan got the perfect score of 100 percentile and secured the top position in the exam.
