Consulting major McKinsey says that there is a $25 trillion consumption opportunity in emerging markets over the next 15 years. The opportunity according to Tassos Stassopoulos is best captured through ethnographic research, by using small sample sizes rather than big data, by spotting trends even before they are part of the benchmarks.
