From the 4th to the 6th of March, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will tour across several states, inaugurating and laying the foundation stones for a plethora of development projects worth a staggering ₹1.10 lakh crore. This initiative aims to bolster infrastructure, connectivity, and energy sectors in various regions of the country.
PM Modi's itinerary includes visits to Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Odisha, West Bengal, and Bihar, where he will kickstart a wave of transformative projects.
In Adilabad, Telangana, the Prime Minister will inaugurate, dedicate, and lay the foundation stone for projects exceeding ₹56,000 crore. Notably, the power sector is poised to receive a boost through a range of initiatives planned for Adilabad.
Moving to Sangareddy, Telangana, PM Modi will continue the momentum by inaugurating and laying the foundation stone for development projects worth more than ₹6,800 crore. These projects span various crucial sectors such as roadways, railways, petroleum, and natural gas.
The Prime Minister will then travel to Hyderabad to inaugurate the Civil Aviation Research Organization (CARO), underscoring the government's commitment to advancing aviation research and innovation.
Modi will witness the initiation of core loading of the country's indigenous Prototype Fast Breeder Reactor at Kalpakkam, Tamil Nadu. This would mark a leap forward in India's quest for sustainable and indigenous energy solutions.
In Odisha's Chandikhole, the Prime Minister will inaugurate, dedicate, and lay the foundation stone for multiple development projects valued at over ₹19,600 crore.
Kolkata will witness the inauguration and foundation stone laying for connectivity projects worth ₹15,400 crore.
Lastly, in Bettiah, Bihar, PM Modi will dedicate, inaugurate, and lay the foundation stone for various infrastructure projects valued at around ₹12,800 crore, fostering inclusive development in the region.
The tour will culminate in the inauguration of the Muzaffarpur-Motihari LPG Pipeline and the dedication of Indian Oil's LPG Bottling plant & Storage terminal at Motihari, Bihar.
