National Monetisation Pipeline: Here's deep-dive into road and railways sector

The Narendra Modi government recently announced Rs 6 lakh crore National Monetisation Pipeline (NMP) which relies heavily on roads, railways, airports, ports and power assets.
CNBC-TV18's Anu Sharma put the spotlight on the roads and railways which together account for more than 50 percent of the total monetisation pipeline. According to the government, the road sector has a 27 percent share in the overall NMP value, while railways has a share of 26 percent.
