Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has announced Budget 2021, which has enthused the markets. In an interview to CNBC-TV18, Aditya Narain, Head of Research - Institutional Equities at Edelweiss, gave his take and outlook on the road ahead.

Narain said, "The big thing about this Budget is that it is not only about this year. What you have seen is really a change in the approach, you have moved from a contractionary policy to a more expansionary policy. The fact that they have laid out a fiscal path for the next 5 years tells that the thrust that you are seeing now will be sustained for an extended period of time."
