Welspun Corp Ltd (WCL), the flagship company of the Welspun Group, on Wednesday (November 8), reported a net profit of ₹384.7 crore for the second quarter that ended September 30, 2023.
In the corresponding quarter last year, Welspun Corp posted a net loss of ₹56.6 crore, the company said in a regulatory filing.

The company's revenue from operations jumped 106.83% to ₹4,059.5 crore against ₹1,963.8 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal.
At the operating level, EBITDA stood at ₹399.6 crore in the second quarter of this fiscal over a ₹131.2-crore loss in the corresponding period in the previous fiscal.
The results came after the close of the market hours. Shares of Welspun Corp Ltd ended at ₹458.00, up by ₹5.95, or 1.32%, on the BSE.
