Pune-based Bharat Forge, a multinational company involved in automotives, power, oil & gas and much more, is set to declare its third-quarter results today. The weak performance is likely to continue this quarter.
Here are the key expectations:
Analysts are expecting the revenues to fall 26 percent.
Profits are likely to fall by 45 percent.
Margins may decline to 24.6 percent versus 31 percent.
A lot of segments are undergoing pain especially the commercial vehicle (CV) segment, the Class 8 truck segment as well as the shale oil segment.
The tonnage has fallen for four consecutive quarters for Bharat Forge and is expected to fall further this time, by about 21 percent.
