The Parbati projects, another crucial component of NHPC's expansion strategy, are expected to be commissioned entirely by September 2024.
“It is expected that in next fiscal year, we will commission our 800 MW capacity Parbati II project and by FY25-FY26, we will add two more projects in Subansiri lower 2000 MW capacity project,” he said.

With these ambitious plans, NHPC is poised to play a crucial role in shaping the future of India's energy landscape, ensuring a reliable and sustainable power supply for the nation.
