Mold-Tek Packaging to add 9,000-10,000 tonne capacity in FY24

Hyderabad-based Mold-Tek Packaging, a leading provider of packaging solutions for food, fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), and paint and lubricant industries, will add nearly 9,000-10,000 of capacity in the current financial year.

Laxman J Rao, Chairman and Managing Director of Mold-Tek Packaging, shared details with CNBC-TV18 on the company's new capacities following the inauguration of three new plants in the past week.

Two of these plants were established for the Aditya Birla Group, specifically to meet the needs of the paints division of Grasim Industries, while the third was dedicated to a pharma packaging unit. All three plants are set to commence commercial production in the coming weeks.
