Looking to benefit from PLI scheme: Parle Products
“Given that facility by government or the incentive by government to produce more, we would definitely be looking at taking advantage of the scheme,” Mayank Shah, Senior Catergory Head at Parle Products said in an interview with CNBC-TV18.
Cabinet has approved production-linked incentives (PLI) scheme for 10 sectors and the government may provide incentives of around Rs 1.46 lakh crore over 5 years. Beneficiary sectors include auto, auto component sectors, advance-cell battery, pharma, food products and white goods.
That is a good measure by government, Mayank Shah, Senior Catergory Head at Parle Products said in an interview with CNBC-TV18.
“Given that facility by government or the incentive by government to produce more, we would definitely be looking at taking advantage of the scheme,” he added.
