"India doesn't see United States move at WTO as a trade war" -- that's the response from Commerce Secretary Rita Teaotia -- in a conversation with CNBC-TV18's Rituparna Bhuyan. Commerce Secretary also said that India will engage actively with the United States at WTO. She went on to add that according to WTO norms India has an 8 year window, beginning 2017, to phase out its export subsidies.
