Here’s how Axis MF & Mirae AMC managed to outperform the Nifty 50 in the last 5 years

The last year has been tumultuous and most portfolios have taken a knock. But amidst all the gloom and doom, there have been pockets of wealth creation.

According to data of the last 5 years, if you look at the net value created per Rs 1000 crore of assets under management, only 4 AMCs – Axis Mutual Fund, DSP Investment, SBI MF, and Mirae Asset Investment managed to beat the benchmarks. However, over a 3 year period, only Axis Mutual Fund and Mirae Asset Investment have managed to generate alpha.
