Hospitality player Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd on Monday (October 16) said it expanded its portfolio with the signing of an exciting license agreement for a new property in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

This upscale property, bearing the brand "Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels," is poised to bring its hospitality charm to the region, with an expected operational launch by the fiscal year 2027, Lemon Tree Hotels said in a regulatory filing.
The upcoming Keys Prima property in Dehradun will offer 55 elegantly appointed rooms, in addition to a restaurant, a bar, a banquet hall, meeting rooms, and various other public areas.
The management of this forthcoming hotel will be undertaken by Carnation Hotels Private Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd and the company's management arm.
Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Dehradun, will be strategically located, with the Jolly Grant Airport approximately 40 kilometers away and the Dehradun Railway Station a mere 13 kilometers from the property.
Accessibility to the hotel is seamless, as it is well-connected by both public and private transport options from major cities across India.
Vikramjit Singh, president of Lemon Tree Hotels, said, "We are thrilled to announce the expansion of our portfolio in Dehradun, Uttarakhand with our valued partner M/s Doon Dwelling LLP.
This opening will be in addition to our eight existing and five upcoming hotels and resorts in the state and we are looking to expand our footprint in Uttarakhand further."
