Infosys' Blue Acorn buy: Small price for good capability, says Edelweiss

Infosys is set to acquire Blue Acorn iCi Group for USD 125 million. Infosys said the company is an industry leader in digital, customer experience, commerce as well analytics. The acquisition price is about 2.8 times trailing sales.

According to Sandip Agarwal of Edelweiss Securities it is an inexpensive price to pay for the capabilities that the Infosys will get.
