Bold Care, known for its science-backed solutions addressing intimate health issues, including premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction, now has Singh as a co-owner. Their product lineup includes a rapidly growing range of condoms, water-based lubes, and wellness products.
Singh has a history of advocating for sexual wellness. In 2014, he made headlines by featuring in condom ads, becoming the first Bollywood actor to do so.
Bold Care's CEO, Rajat Jadhav, expressed excitement about the collaboration, stating, “We're absolutely thrilled to finally announce Ranveer as a co-owner at Bold Care! His involvement over the past year has been nothing short of incredible, and deeply engaging in every facet of our business. This is going to be an iconic partnership, something India hasn’t seen before!"
Singh, in his role as co-owner, expressed commitment to breaking the stigma surrounding sexual health discussions in society.
Singh said, “I have always felt that this category needs more of openness and acceptance in our society. That thought led to me endorsing a condom brand at a relatively early stage of my career."
"I'm pleased to be part of Bold Care as the face and co-owner," he added. "We're here to normalise conversations about sexual health, a topic that's unnecessarily burdened with stigma. People, especially men, need a space where they can seek help without judgment."
Singh's involvement stems from a belief that society needs to be more open and accepting, particularly in a country known for its active sexual culture. Reflecting on his previous endorsement, Singh noted, "This time, it's a more significant investment. We are, after all, one of the most sexually active societies in the world. It's time to address it head-on."
