Vistara, jointly owned by the Tata Group and Singapore Airlines, is marking the culmination of nine years in the aviation industry with a Anniversary Special Sale. The airline has announced an enticing network-wide sale, encompassing both domestic and international routes, set to take place from 9 to 11 January 2024.
Vistara is offering attractive one-way fares for domestic routes starting at ₹1,809 for economy, ₹2,309 for premium economy, and ₹9,909 for business class. For international travel, all-inclusive return fares start from ₹9,999 for economy, ₹13,499 for premium economy, and ₹29,999 for business class.
Bookings for this celebratory sale opened at 12:01 AM on January 9, 2024, and will remain available until 11:59 PM on January 11, 2024. Travel under this promotion is valid until September 30, 2024, with blackout dates applying.
Vistara's ninth year has been a standout period, marked by significant achievements and accolades. Notable highlights include operating India's first wide-body aircraft on a long-haul route using Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), surpassing 50 million customers since its inception, and securing the 16th position in the 2023 World Airline Awards by Skytrax, the company said in a statement.
In 2023, Vistara expanded its global footprint by adding five new destinations, including Dammam, Mauritius, Hong Kong, Bali, and Doha. The airline also launched international routes such as Mumbai-London Heathrow, Mumbai-Frankfurt, and Delhi-Male. Domestically, Vistara introduced new routes connecting major cities like Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Guwahati.
Vinod Kannan, Chief Executive Officer of Vistara, expressed gratitude for the overwhelming support from customers and stakeholders, emphasising the airline's commitment to providing exceptional service. He remarked, "As we complete nine years of operations today, we are proud of the remarkable journey we have had so far and humbled by all the love from our customers that shaped it."
Bookings for the Anniversary Special Sale are available through various channels, including Vistara's website, mobile apps, Airport Ticket Offices (ATOs), the airline's call center, Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), and travel agents. However, promotional fares are not eligible for direct channel discounts, corporate discounts, or voucher usage. The limited seats on sale are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
