Will launch 4 new SUVs under Jeep brand over the next 2 years in India: Fiat Chrysler

Automaker Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) will invest $250 million in India with the launch of their four new sport utility vehicles (SUVs) under its Jeep brand over the next two years.

CNBC-TV18’s Alisha Sachdev caught up with the company's president and managing director Partha Datta. Datta said the company 'wants to leverage on one of the world's greatest talent pool in information technology in India'.

“The sub-4 metres will continue to be the dominant player in the next maybe a year or two and slowly of course the segments will move towards the larger, it will take years.”
