Shares of National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) jumped nearly 4 percent on Thursday.

Ramagundam Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited (RFCL), a joint venture company promoted by National Fertilizers Limited, Engineers India and Fertilizer Corporation of India Limited (FCIL), to revive old FCIL plant at Ramagundam in Telangana.
Manoj Mishra, chairman and MD at NFL, said, "RFCL plant in Ramagundam is a state of the art facility with capacity of 3,850 metric tonnes (mt) per day of urea and annual capacity of 12.71 lakh mt".
"Around 90 percent of the project work is completed and it will come to stream in the next 6-8 months," said Mishra.
"The cost of the project was Rs 5254 crore and the GST impact would be around Rs 100-150 crore. NFL has got the marketing responsibility in this project," said Mishra.
"NFL will be able to sell additional 12.17 lakh tonnes of urea because of this added plant capacity," said Mishra.
