Punjab CM Amarinder Singh has said that his government is considering moving court against the farmer's bills.
Meanwhile, the law minister Ravi Shankar Prasad has said that the deputy chairman of the Rajya Sabha was ready for a division of votes but the opposition was not ready to go back to their seats. The law minister also said that the government had 110 MPs in support of the bill and 72 against in the Rajya Sabha. Parikshit Luthra spoke to Kakoli Ghosh Dastidar MP, Lok Sabha from TMC, Narendra Taneja, spokesperson of BJP, Balbir Singh Rajewal, President of Bharatiya Kisan Union and P Chidambaram, Sr Leader of Congress and former finance minister, to discuss the farmer's bill and the parliamentary proceedings.
