So how does one become creative? Is it inborn or can we keep working at it throughout life?
Saurabh Mukherjea, Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Marcellus Investment Managers, and the co-author of The Victory Project: Six Steps to Peak Potential, tries to answer that question.
According to Mukherjea, who has spent three to four years thinking and reading about creativity, there are five basic drivers of it.
“The first driver is the willingness to read widely and read extensively,” he says.
