The week gone by (October 5-9) was eventful, especially for the market with major signs of recovery in the economy and the Nifty and Sensex reaching striking distance of achieving pre-COVID levels. The week ended on a strong note, with the Sensex and Nifty climbing 4.5 percent and the IT Index and Bank Index witnessing a stellar rally.
