Cigna TTK gets clearance to partner with Manipal Group from tax body

Cigna TTK Health Insurance gets Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA) nod to partner with Manipal Group but that wouldn’t be the end of transactions at Cigna TTK Health.

This transaction got initiated with TTK Group’s intention of exiting the health insurance joint venture and Manipal Group’s intention to enter the same business.

The insurance regulator IRDA has given its approval to Cigna TTK Health to bring Manipal Group on board as third promoter of Cigna TTK Health Insurance.
