Smartphone maker realme confirmed earlier this week that it will launch its 12 Pro series in India on January 29 without giving too much away.
91mobiles spotted a listing for the realme 12 Pro on Flipkart, where the devices will be exclusively sold, which revealed the details of the relame 12 Pro Max — the bigger of the two in the series.
According to its report, the more expensive of the two siblings is expected to come with at least 8GB RAM (could be other options as well) and a 6.7-inch display.
Tipster Yogesh Brar also shared an image on X (formerly Twitter) that seems to reveal the specifications of the realme 12 Pro Max. The image suggests that the display with have curved edges and a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
Additionally, the periscope telephoto camera on the back, which realme claims is a segment-first, is expected to be 64MP and the main sensor is likely to be 50MP. The back camera setup is also cased in a ring design inspired by luxury watches. Realme said it has collaborated with luxury watch designer Ollivier Savéo for the design.
“He has previously collaborated with prestigious Swiss watch brands, including Rolex, Roger Dubuis, Piaget, Breitling, and Quentin,” the company added.
The image also suggested that the realme 12 Pro Max could come with a price tag of ₹35,999, and the realme 12 Pro, ₹33,999.
Both devices are expected to run on realme UI 5.0 based on Android 14 out of the box.
realme has confirmed that the realme Pro will come in a Submarine Blue colour option with a leather finish and it also showcases an unnamed beige colour on its teaser landing page on Flipkart.
