Budget 2022 is just around the corner and one sector has a long list of wishlist from the Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman this time around, the private equity as well as venture capital industry. This is a sector which has been fueling the entrepreneurial growth in India for the last few years and has been seeing some robust outcomes coming in from there and therefore has created enough value creation for the companies as well as the stakeholders. However, what does that industry want? IVCA Chairman, Renuka Ramnath, Srini Srinivasan of Kotak Investment Advisors and Gopal Srinivasan of TVS Capital Funds discussed what the industry needs and what FM needs to focus on to have ease of investing in the country.
