Chelsea fans lashed out the club's owners and manager Mauricio Pochettino on Saturday after the Blues played out a 2-2 draw against Brentford in the Premier League 2023-24 on Saturday.
Chelsea has won the UEFA Champions League title twice and the Premier League five times between 2005-17, emerging as one of the most dominant English sides of the 21st century.
However, fans were distraught seeing them go 2-1 down from a 1-0 lead that they had garnered in the first half. Initially, supporters chanted the name of their former owner Roman Abramovich, as they fondly recollected that the soaring successes that they saw under the watch of the Russian industrialist.
Former manager Jose Mourinho, who won them three titles, was celebrated as American businessman Todd Boehly was decried along with Pochettino upon the conclusion of the game.
Axel Disasi produced a late equaliser as the Blues stormed back to level the game 2-2, and that earned them some consolation from the fans..
Other Chelsea fans sought to rally behind the team who eventually battled back to secure a 2-2 draw when defender Axel Disasi forced in a header in the 83rd minute.

"It is normal. We were losing the game 2-1 and it's about expressing frustration," Pochettino told reporters. "Of course we are responsible. I am one of those responsible, I am the head coach."
Pochettino further explained that the club's management needs to earn a better relationship with the fans, and that they could only do that by emerging victorious in more games. However, he also cautioned them of managing some reality for the time being.
"We are working really, really hard to win games and the team is fighting," Pochettino said.
"I am fighting with all my sense to try to provide the team with the best tools to work and improve and to play in the best way. Today is my 52nd birthday. I know very well this business. But I know we're never going to give up. We're going to fight," Pochettino signed off.
