IBLA 2019: We live in an uncertain world which is changing at a rapid pace, says spiritual gur Gaur Gopal Das

At IBLA 2019, Gaur Gopal Das, spiritual leader and lifestyle coach talked about his experience with corporate leaders and India Inc in times of volatility.

"We are in a world which is changing at a rapid pace and there is so much uncertainty. Therefore, without finding a proper balance it is very hard to navigate a way to success," Das said.

Das described today's world as VUCA world, where V stands for volatility, U for uncertainty, C for complexity and A for ambiguity.

"I believe very strongly that we need a balance between our external and our internal world," Das said.

According to him, the external world is about strategy, plan, it’s about having a blueprint to how to move on but the internal world is to focus and find peace within.
