Delhi Jal Board case: CM Kejriwal to not appear before ED, AAP calls summon 'illegal'

Delhi Chief Minister and AAP National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal will not appear before the Enforcement Directorate on Monday, March 18. The ED issued a summons to Kejriwal under section 50 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) in the Delhi Jal Board case. The ED is probing illegal tendering in Delhi Jal Board and laundering of alleged proceeds of crime.
The AAP has termed ED summons as illegal.
"When there is bail from the court, why is ED sending summons again and again? ED summons are illegal," the AAP said.
