Biocon | Biocon Biologics said it has signed a definitive agreement with Eris Lifesciences for the divesture of its Dermatology and Nephrology branded formulations business units in India. The total transaction value of the divestment is ₹366 crore. The divestiture is expected to close by the end of November 2023.

United Spirits | Liquor-maker reported a 38% year-on-year decline in net profit at ₹339.3 crore for the second quarter that ended September 30, 2023. The company's revenue from operations declined 1.4% to ₹2,864.7 crore against ₹2,904.2 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal.

BHEL | State-run company reported a net loss of ₹238.1 crore against a profit of ₹12.1 crore in the year-ago period. BHEL's revenue for the period under review fell 1.5% to ₹5,125.3 crore, from ₹5,202.6 crore in the year-ago period.
Bata | Footwear maker on Wednesday reported a 38% year-on-year (YoY) decline in net profit at ₹34 crore for the second quarter that ended September 30, 2023. The company's revenue from operations declined 1.3% to ₹819.1 crore against ₹829.7 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal.
