The company is eyeing an increased issue size of ₹1,385.3 crore, incorporating the green shoe option. The indicative price for the QIP is set at a discount of 10.4% to the closing price and 3.6% to the SEBI floor price.
Hero MotoCorp | The two-wheeler maker on Tuesday reported a 5% rise in its total sales at 54.99 lakh units in 2023 as compared to 52.47 lakh units sold in the previous year. In December 2023, total sales were marginally down at 3,93,952 units as against 3,94,179 units in the year-ago month.
DMart | Avenue Supermarts on Tuesday reported a 17.18% increase in its standalone revenue from operations to ₹13,247.33 crore. In the third quarter ended on December 31, 2023, the company had revenue from operations of ₹11,304.58 crore in the October-December quarter a year ago, according to a quarterly update by Avenue Supermarts.
Bank of Maharashtra | The sate-owned bank on Tuesday said for the third quarter of FY24, the bank's total business reached ₹4.35 lakh crore, marking a 19% increase compared to the year-ago period. Total deposits for the quarter stood at ₹2.46 lakh crore, reflecting an 18% year-on-year (YoY) rise from ₹2.08 lakh crore, the bank said in a regulatory filing.
Hindustan Zinc | The Vedanta Group firm on Tuesday said its mined metal production has reached 271 kilo tonne, indicating a 7% year-on-year growth and an 8% quarter-on-quarter increase. This growth was attributed to a mix of improved mined metal grades and higher ore production at the Rampura Agucha and Sindesar Khurd mines, according to a stock exchange filing.
