In June 2023, Fortune magazine put out a report saying in the US, Gen Z is investing younger than any past generation and 80% of Gen Zers are investing their money before they hit 20 years of age. In India, where 27% of the population belongs to Gen Z, the trend is catching on, prompting a closer look at investment opportunities for the younger generation.

Drawing inspiration from Warren Buffett, who began investing at the age of 11, Dharamshi emphasises that initiating investments at a young age is crucial.
Dharamshi stated, “One thing that Warren says is that he started investing at the age of 11 and he was a little late. So that means at least these guys are starting at the right time. I am 45 today and I probably started at 22-23. I should have also started earlier so starting early is the most important thing.”
