CNBC-TV18’s Reema Tendulkar explains the current midcap valuations for the IT sector as of FY22 and how it compares with historical valuations.
Right on top of the table are the two L&T twins – L&T Infotech and L&T Technology. The stock that witnessed the most rerating will be Coforge where historically it used to trade at 15-17 times and now it is trading at 24 times and right at the bottom will be Cyient, which is lagging the midcap peers in terms of valuation at 16 times.
